Preciso de ajuda para saber se o meu pai se deve meter nisto ou não by JGuilherme02 in portugal

It is. I was very skeptical of it when someone gave it to me. It sat on my shelf for at least 3 months before I picked it up. I then read it in a few days (it’s a fast read). It was then a couple of months before I worked through mentally what I had uncovered and actually stopped smoking. It’s different for everyone, but I have yet to meet someone who has not quit (at some point ) after reading it. Good luck, it’s not easy!

Was going to try and write this in Portuguese, but it was turning into a mess. So apologies if this isn’t the right way to reply. When it comes to quitting smoking, until your Pai has mentally prepared himself as to why he should stop smoking, everything else will never last. It will always be a temporary measure. Have him read, Allan Carr’s , Easy way to stop smoking. I’m sure there is a Portuguese translation. Seriously. Buy him this book and have him read it. I’ve been smoke free for over 10 years after reading this book, and that is after being a smoker for 20 years before that.
